Chefs Hnoi, Nacho And Dustin Selecting Fresh Hierbs For The Gourmet Festival Special Menu

Daiquiri Dick’s presented Dustin Clark from Wildwood Restaurant in Portland, OR., as their guest chef for the 11th Gourmet Festival of Puerto Vallarta. It was a great merging of culinary concepts when the Pacific North West teamed up with the Tropical South. The freshest ingredients, be they exotic herbs or Banderas Bay seafood favorites, inspired new culinary combinations to gratify the most sophisticated palates.
