Other than aggregate information about total page views, etc., the only information we gather on the Daiquiri Dick's site is the information that you provide when you fill out our Reservations form. To send the form, you must supply your name, email address, and a comment. You may also supply your mailing address, telephone number(s), and reservation or other information.

The information you provide on the Contact Us page is used solely to provide you with the services you requested. We do not share this information with other agencies unless you ask us to in writing.

The Reservations form is intended for simple questions, requests for more information, and reservation requests. It is not a secure channel. Please do not send credit card numbers or other sensitive information using the Reservations form. The security of the Reservations form is roughly equivalent to that of standard email.
