Take a few minutes out of your busy day to enjoy a relaxing mid-day meal at Daiquiri Dick’s Restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. There is open restaurant, patio or dining right on the beach. No matter where you sit, watch the waves and the people strolling along.

Lunch items are made to order plus the sandwich buns, rolls and bread are all made daily and on site. Savor the flavors of the fresh ingredients used to create your snack, whether it is a salad, soup or one the generous sandwiches.

Play dominoes or cards, satisfy your hunger pangs during an active day, partake in a power lunch or just recharge your spirit. Remember Daiquiri Dick’s has free WIFI access, so you can catch up on the rest of the world.

Quiche – made with spinach, onion and bacon, served with a side salad

Eggs Benedict – served over home baked brioche along with home fries and fruit salad

Pesto Chicken Sandwich – grilled, on home baked foccacia with roasted red bell peppers

Mexican Meatloaf -- served open-face on home baked foccacia topped with melted cheese

Seafood Burrito – sautéed shrimp, Mahi-Mahi and octopus wrapped in a flour tortilla along with roasted tomato sauce, lettuce and sour cream

Clipper – Grilled Mahi-Mahi on a fresh baked roll, served with Asian slaw

Club Sandwich – grilled chicken breast, bacon, ham, tomato, lettuce, on home baked Italian bread

Brie & Prosciutto – on fresh baked baguette with arugula and sliced tomatoes

BLT & Avocado – the classic with a …twist

Grilled Ham & Cheese served with French fries

Charbroiled Burger – 6 oz. patty on a home baked bun with all the trimmings

Lobster Tacos – topped with hollandaise sauce and served with seasoned rice and beans

Shrimp Tacos – grilled and topped with Oaxacan chipotle salsa, served with seasoned rice and beans

Fish Tacos – fresh grilled Mahi-Mahi, topped with yellow mole sauce and served with seasoned rice and beans

Smoked Marlin Tacos – served with tomato, onion, cilantro and serrano chilies

Brunch Menu: Sandwiches

We serve Brunch from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., daily.

Ham and Cheese Deli style sandwich with lettuce and tomato.

"Lanchera" Grilled filet of fish sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and homemade tartar sauce.

"Soleada" Grilled chicken breast sandwich with avocado, cheese, and chipotle chili mayonnaise.

Daiquiri's Burger 6 oz. patty, char-broiled, sesame seed bun and the usual doo-dads. With or without cheese.

Soft Chicken Tacos On a corn tortilla, accompanied by black beans, guacamole, and salsa.

Lobster Tacos With asparagus, tomato, in a flour tortilla with hollandaise sauce.

Pescado Vallarta A whole red snapper broiled on a stick, with string fries (allow 30 minutes).

Grilled Filet of Fish Marinated with olive oil, fresh herbs; served with potatoes, veggies.

Butterflied Prawns The garlic-butter treatment, served with veggies and potato cake.
