Pesto Chicken Sandwich – grilled, on home baked foccacia with roasted red bell peppers

Mexican Meatloaf -- served open-face on home baked foccacia topped with melted cheese

Seafood Burrito – sautéed shrimp, Mahi-Mahi and octopus wrapped in a flour tortilla along with roasted tomato sauce, lettuce and sour cream

Clipper – Grilled Mahi-Mahi on a fresh baked roll, served with Asian slaw

Club Sandwich – grilled chicken breast, bacon, ham, tomato, lettuce, on home baked Italian bread

Sliced ham topped with polenta and two poached eggs layered with a slice of cheese and broiled.

Eggs Benedict
The usual suspects served with scalloped poblano potatoes.

Eggs Bombay
Poached eggs on ham with curry sauce and chutney.

Omelette
Choice of ham, cheese, or avocado with a ranchero, green tomato, or poblano sauce. Also available with shrimp or a combination of ingredients.

French Toast
Made with challah-style egg bread, served with maple syrup and yes, bananas.
