Menus

Daiquiri Dick's restaurant and bar is located right on Los Muertos Beach in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta. We offer continuous service from 9:00 a.m. till 11:00 p.m. starting with breakfast/brunch with a variety of mouthwatering egg dishes and homemade cinnamon rolls, then on to lunch with fabulous salads such as our famous Asian Chicken salad and on to dinner with a slate of great dishes and daily specials seven days a week*. Our Full Bar and Dining Room provide a vantage point to watch the dolphins and whales in early spring and of course to enjoy the spectacular sunsets all year long.

Stop by for a morning espresso or cappuccino. Bring your laptop and connect to our wifi system and send beach photos home to your friends buried in the snow.

(*Note: open daily from October to May. Closed on Tuesdays from May 1st till Oct. 15th and the entire month of September.)

The Food:
For starters, how about grilled asparagus wrapped in Serrano ham with Romesco sauce? Or try our Tuna Carpaccio with capers in arrabiata style. Our open-faced wonton baskets with shrimp in cucumber salsa vie for attention next to the Scallops in “Agua Chile.” There is also the best Bruschetta in town, and a great selection of soups and salads including the classic Mexican Tortilla soup, a cold Broccoli soup with lemon grass, Gazpacho; a delightful Chinese Chicken salad; or our organically grown Spinach in a salad with bacon or shrimp, gruyere, mushrooms...

Finally, add an entrée. We specialize in seafood and our lobster tacos (with a lemony hollandaise sauce) have become not only a staple of local dining but in many a conversation. Or how about salmon served on a warm niçoise salad, or our famous whole “huachinango” served on a stick. We even have Barbecue Ribs, Pork chop with an espresso sauce and Ribeye steaks large enough to horrify vegetarians.
