Culinary Vacation at Daiquiri Dick’s

Take your taste buds on a world tour and you don’t even have to leave Puerto Vallarta to do it.

Visit Daiquiri Dick’s for a special Summer Sizzle Menu during the month of July. Executive Chef, Ignacio Uribe and Chef Hnoi will be creating meals with authentic flavors, but with new twists.

Each week is a new taste sensation and there are only two week remaining, Tapas Week 19- 24 July and Mexican Week is 26 – 31 July.

The Summer Sizzle Menu has three courses, a starter, the main course and dessert.  And you can take part in this palatable feast for $249mn per person.  There is a choice of two or three appetizers, three main courses and two desserts.  However, during Tapas Week you get a choice of three tapas plates and one red or white sangria.

This commitment to excellence in dining helps keep the process interesting for the chefs, as well as the patrons.  Chef Hnoi says, “It helps us expand our expertise. We would like to offer a wide variety of foods in as many styles as we know how.”

The chefs at Daiquiri Dick’s cook what they love.  Both enjoy traveling and eating.  “Half the fun of going on vacation is getting to sample the regional foods,” says Executive Chef, Nacho Uribe, “We learn to taste the differences and the similarities of each dish.  It's interesting to combine flavors and ingredients from different countries and mix them together in new and exciting ways.” Chef Nacho and Daiquiri Dick’s owners, Peter and Tari Bowman, just returned from a personal tour of Thailand directed by Chef Hnoi.
