Summer Sizzle Tapas Two

This is the last week of Daiquiri Dick’s Summer Sizzle menu.  Three courses for $299 pesos and you will have an assortment of tapas to choose from.
 
To start, light, fresh and colorful smoked salmon summer rolls with a variety of diced vegetables and fruit.  An array of canapés - pear, blue cheese and pecans, poached white fish with lime aioli plus roasted pepper, egg and anchovy.
 
The next set of finger food, grilled prawns with kick ass mole, calamari salpicon on fired wonton skins, chicken satay with peanut sauce and flank steak tacos topped with chimichurri.
 
Torched desserts, coffee crème brulee with kahlua and a choice of ginger, hazelnut or coffee gelato or a mango sorbet.
 
Toast a great meal with the new house wines by the bottle or glass.
 
You have until August 31st to taste these tapas.
