The recently released second edition of Sand In Your Shoes, The Daiquiri Dick's Kitchen Workbook features many long-time favorites served at the restaurant. The Poblano Pepper Romesco sauce works well as a topping on grilled fish, chicken or pork. You might even serve it over poached eggs. 2 poblano chiles, roasted and peeled 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts 1/2 cup roasted almonds 1/3 cup garlic, sliced or ground 3 Tbl parsley 1/3 cup orange juice Salt to taste 1/3 cup olive oil Combine all ingredients, except oil in a food processor or blender. Then add oil slowly. Blend until smooth.
