From June through August, the menu offers culinary treats from different countries. Sample flavors from around the world without ever leaving Puerto Vallarta. Three courses and only $299 per person, including a mouthwatering appetizer, an irresistible entrée and delectable dessert. Plus, try one of the new private label wines - chardonnay, cabernet sauvignon or merlot as the perfect accompaniment to your dinner. This week's menu features the Flavors of Asia.

Three courses for $299 pesos. Choose an appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. Send your taste buds to the far east this week without ever leaving Puerto Vallarta. For starters Korean-style mussels with garlic sauce, tofu and scallions, steamed pork and shrimp dumplings or Vietnamese soft spring rolls with shrimp, fresh chopped vegees, and mint with a peanut-plum sauce. The flavors wok on for entrees. These include, sautéed chicken breast Bul Go Gi style with rice and kimchi, which are side relishes, piled high is the tamarind glazed flank steak with mango sauce and jicama, and finally sweet and sour pork with pineapple, cucumber, bell peppers and onions. All entrees served with rice. The scoop on dessert, select either the tempura bananas with coconut gelato or coconut rice pudding with fresh mango. Top off this edible explosion with the new house wine, by the bottle or glass. The Summer Sizzle runs through the end of August.
